The city that never sleeps...

I went to my new fascination, the Super Wal-Mart to buy some groceries, which I HATE doing by the way... (I miss Freshdirect.com) Anyhow, I went to buy some fruits and was reading the aisle signs when I saw FRUITS... I went down that aisle and all I saw were frozen strudels, frozen pancakes with fruits and everything else BUT fresh fruits... I finally figured out that I was in the frozen fruit aisle that was clearly labeled fruit and cursing over weight Texans under my breath... I then asked a very unhappy Wal-Mart employee where I could find, NOT fruit but FRESH fruit... He directed me to the correct place and there I was looking for the only two fruits that I can eat which are grapes and strawberries... I kept circling and circling the area and could not find what I was looking for. Finally, I see another employee and ask him where I could find strawberries and grapes... He looked at me and began laughing... I wasn't aware that I was being funny but whatever, he works at Wal-Mart and after watching their documentaries, I can see why he would be a spaz... I ask again, "So, where can I find the strawberries and grapes?". Then he says, "You aren't going to find those anywhere! They aren't in season!". "Oh, in season?", I say... "Yes! In Season! You know?!" said the guy in the blue vest... "No, I don't know... I'm not from here, I'm from the city that never sleeps and where strawberries are ALWAYS in season!"... What did he think? That I was a Texan?
